This page contains links to the files with the text of the Book of Mormon in Hawaiian, Ka Buke a Moramona.

Each piece of content is available in three formats: 1) an HTML file suitable for direct viewing (although some are quite large), 2) an OpenOffice Writer (ODT) file, and 3) a PDF file.

Please remember that these are early drafts, which have received varying amounts of proofreading, from moderate to slim to none.

The HTML files each contain a copyright notice and a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License. OpenOffice Writer (ODT) files and PDF files each contain a footer on each page with the copyright notice and Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 United States License. ODT and PDF files of the books of Ka Buke a Moramona also contain a header with the book name and page number. The headers and footers do not match the typeface of the text. This is deliberate, as these are draft copies, for proofreading, editing, annotation, etc.

Note also that even though the text is organized according to the current chapter and verse numbers, the old chapter and verse numbers are also marked in the text. They are shown in square brackets where the old chapters and verses occur in the text, like this: [mokuna 1, paukū 1] or [m 3, p 16].
